My Experience at Penn Foster College - Human Resource Management

I am a fun, friendly and people-oriented person who loves to have a good time and inspire others to enjoy their lives to the upmost as well. I am very opinionated and tend to have a somewhat "unique" perspective on news and current events happenings in everything from entertainment, news, sports, and politics. My life revolves around my three children who are my foundation upon which I am blessed to be able to do all things through God.

I Didn’t Realize THOSE were SKILLS !!!

So my study guide is making me go through something called SWOT analysis as a method to evaluate a potential job interview scenario. I just love how my Penn Foster business course is taking me from step A all the way through step Z to ensure that I am fully qualified and prepared for a career in the business world in Human Resources Management !!!! They are even making me think about how to sell myself in an interview !!!

So in the questions my study guides were asking me I realized a few more skills I already have under my belt pretty well that I can add to my list of qualifications to make me an even more attractive candidate for a professional position ! The guide asked “Are you good at writing and presenting ?” Well I guess I am okay at presenting. I really have to be comfortable in the information I am being asked to present. But I have had experience in presentation forums and also in meetings to handle myself accordingly. Heck I even do a lot of that now on my current job !!!

But as for writing I think I can do that well too !!! I have always been good at expressing my thoughts through words. My problem is always finding the right kind of “space” to write in and also finding my IDEA of INSPIRATION to write about.

Funny thing is I never thought to include those kinds of skills on my resume or even think that I would get asked such a question in the interview process !!!!

But BELIEVE ME, thanks to my Penn Foster business prep course I definitely know now !!!!
