You know as my textbook delves into all of these business and social aspects and benefits as respects technology the question was posed by the author to consider what difference that computer technology has made on my life over the past ten years. I stopped and I thought about everything from email as opposed to sending everything from pictures, cards, letters and bills through the regular USPS mail to the speed and interconnectivity that is provided and the access one can have to the world around us where you used to have to go to the library or order a magazine or encyclopedia set to get access to so much data and information.

However probably the most recent and profound life change that has occurred is one that slipped my mind until now. This entire platform of learning as an Independent Online Learner would not be possible without the advancements in technology !!! I would not have the time or resources at my disposal to attend a brick and mortar school for the same level of education that I am so fortunate to be receiving here at Penn Foster !!!

I am so blessed and thankful that technology has advanced enough where I can sit in the privacy of my own home and bed and do everything from my reading, studying, homework and exams all right from my own bed and at my own pace !!!! It is truly amazing how easily and how quickly we all can become so spoiled and unappreciative of just how good that we have it with the resources at our fingertips n our lives each day. It is very important that we take time to reflect upon such things and appreciate them from time to time to truly be sure that we make the most of them ! Thank you for making me think about this today Penn Foster !!!!!
