    Hello Working Mom's studying online

I had the opportunity of completing most of my undergrad online. I am now 2 classes away from my MBA and of course I am completing it online. My student loans are astronomical and I wish that they had the working mom's scholarship offer a few years ago. My dream is to eventually move to ATL having a great career in technology. Being a full time mom, working full time and going to school full time has been my life for a few years now. It is challenging and I am still looking for that big reward.

Are there any other studying online moms out there in NYC?

Hello,  I have a masters degree already from 10 years ago.  I want to take some classes to get me current and able to compete for jobs in todays job market.  I heard that online classes are more difficult then campus class and more expensive what is your take on that?  I hope to get a certificate to update my education in the technology fields.  Any suggestions?  Anyone taking software or hardware courses?

    Thanks

I think online classes are about as hard as regular classes. Most of them are somewhat condensed, so it's hard to compare. If you already have a degree, you may want to just look at what your local community college offers for computer and software labs, either online or through an open lab situation. You would probably end up paying a lot less that way if you just want to update your skills in general computer usage, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
