Hello I am in that same boat as you.  I have 6 classes left and have hit the max for the year on the Federal loan end so now unless I come up with 3300 dollars I have to drop out.  Securing a personal loan without a co signer is not an option.  If you hear of anything please keep me posted.  Good Luck.

As long as the online school is fully accredited, you can apply for most scholarships. My favorite website is www.fastweb.com.

    Re: I'm already in school

I am already enrolled in a degree program at another school. Can I use this scholarship to pay for tuition at my current school?

[If you applied before April 30, 2009:] No, sorry. Full-ride Project Working Mom ... and Dads, Too! scholarships are exclusively for online study. The five five participating schools awarding full-ride scholarships are Ashford University, Capella University, Everest University, Virginia College Online, and Ashworth College. If you are chosen as a Project Working Mom ... and Dads, Too! scholarship recipient, you cannot use this scholarship at a different school or to pay off any loans you have already taken out.

[If you apply after April 30, 2009:] Yes, the $4,000 scholarship is available for use at any school of your choice. You may use the funds to pay for tuition and fees, books, class materials - whatever you need the money for.

I found this on the FAQ
